Skyline Planning & Development, LLC was founded by Josh Kester, who brings more than 14 years of experience in subdivision platting, land planning, entitlement coordination, survey and engineering coordination, agency review, public-sector development support, and project management.
Josh’s background includes work with surveying firms, civil engineering firms, private development teams, property owners, and municipal review processes. This experience allows Skyline to understand both sides of the process: what applicants need to move forward and what reviewing agencies require to approve a project.
