I’m a born-and-raised Houstonian with over 14 years of experience at the intersection of land planning, platting, surveying, engineering coordination, and public-sector development review.
I started Skyline Planning & Development to bring integrity, precision, and efficiency to one of the most consequential parts of development: getting the land positioned correctly before permitting, design, and construction move too far ahead.
My experience spans everything from single-lot replats to master planned communities, where I have helped shape land plans that respond to major thoroughfare requirements, drainage patterns, utility needs, topography, lot yield, and long-term development goals. Having worked alongside engineering and surveying teams under one roof for more than a decade, I understand how early planning decisions affect cost, dirt work, approvals, and execution.
I have also worked on comprehensive plans, zoning updates, public development review, architectural control, and statewide land evaluations tied to low-income housing and community development initiatives.
That combination of private-sector execution and public-sector perspective gives me a rare vantage point: I understand what developers need, what design teams need, and what jurisdictions need to say yes.
From feasibility through approval, my goal is simple:
help good projects move forward with clarity, confidence, and fewer surprises.
