Best for acreage tracts, ETJ projects, multiple parcels, unclear access, deed restriction concerns, right-of-way dedication questions, utility issues, or more complex approval paths.
Deliverable: written Feasibility Memo with applicable jurisdiction, anticipated plat type, approval considerations, known constraints, and recommended next steps.
Fee credited toward full platting services if ordered for the same property within 30 days.
